If you are a homeowner or property owner using the Home Report or requesting services, you may provide property addresses, home characteristics, photos, mortgage balances, valuation inputs, equity information, rental estimates, documents, preferences, and other information necessary for generating valuations, cash offers, or analytics. If you contact us or communicate with real estate professionals through the Services, we may collect the content of those communications. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and compliance, and you will be notified where legally required.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect information about your device and interactions. Some information may be processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, subject to their contractual restrictions and technical controls. Zoodealio does not permit third-party AI providers to use your data to train their foundation or public models. A. Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, and Enterprise Clients

B. Cash Offer Partners and Investors

Zoodealio collects mobile phone numbers when users voluntarily provide them through our website, forms, applications, or direct interactions with real estate professionals using our Services.
